VP Operations

Scrabble is mandated to hire a VP of Operations for a pharmaceutical company based in Hyderabad.

We are looking to connect with a seasoned professional who has successfully managed large-scale projects and implemented innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to drive operational efficiency, cost savings, and improved service levels.

- Lead S&OP processes, demand forecasting, and capacity planning to ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Oversee end-to-end supply chain functions, including inventory management, warehousing, logistics, procurement, and production scheduling.

- Spearhead strategic projects involving automation, IoT, and ERP/digital transformation initiatives to streamline operations.

- Lead change management initiatives to support business growth and market expansion.

- Must have 10-15 years of experience in operations management within the manufacturing industry and hold an engineering degree from a Tier 1 university.
