Experience: Minimum 15 Years in Flexible Packaging Industries.

Operations Management:

- Overseeing the daily operations of the company and working to improve the efficiency of business processes.

- This can include production, manufacturing, purchasing, and policies.

Strategy Implementation:

- Putting into action the strategies developed by top management and ensuring alignment with the organization's goals.

- They work closely with the CEO and other executives to update operations and organizational structures.

Leadership:

- Providing strong leadership, direction, and management to the organization.

- They convey the strategic vision to front-line management and rank-and-file employees.

Change Management:

- Implementing necessary changes to internal processes and structures to increase efficiency, quality, or employee productivity or satisfaction.

Crisis Management:

- Acting quickly and decisively during an unforeseen event or crisis to provide direction and maintain the company's operations as smoothly as possible.

Performance Metrics:

- Establishing and tracking performance metrics to evaluate organizational performance and the performance of individual departments.

Collaboration:

- Working in tandem with human resources to ensure proper recruitment, development, and retention of key talents to fulfill the operational needs of the company.

Budget Management:

- Overseeing the company's financials, including budgeting and reporting.
