Overview:
The VP Marketing will head the complete central marketing team. This role will play a strategic leadership role focused on driving brand growth through deep consumer understanding and impactful media initiatives. With expertise in consumer insights, they would be required to transform data into actionable marketing strategies, guiding product positioning and audience engagement. This position would be responsible for leading successful media launches across platforms, ensuring campaigns align with the business objectives. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with a large team including 7-8 direct reports.
Reports to: President Marketing & Brand Director
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and execute all central marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, PR, launches) in line with brand strategy.
2. Manage agency relationships and drive innovation in marketing approaches.
3. Lead digital transformation of customer touchpoints (website, chatbot, platforms), ensuring luxury-aligned experiences.
4. Oversee media strategy and performance across all channels.
5. Monitor and report on marketing performance KPIs (spend, ROI, sales vs. plan).
6. Ensure all storytelling and narratives reflect four brand pillars: business performance, luxury/design, community, and Foundation.
