Job Description:

- Develop a thorough understanding of sectors relevant to M&A assignments, adapting to various industries based on deal flow and team requirements.

- Build expertise in high-potential M&A sectors to gain deeper insights and engage in multiple transactions.

- Foster strong client relationships throughout the transaction process, ensuring continuous engagement even after deal closure to drive future business opportunities.

- Recognize potential business opportunities, create impactful pitch books, and deliver strategic presentations to clients.

- Ensure full regulatory compliance by working closely with legal counsel, proactively addressing legal considerations throughout the transaction lifecycle.

- Lead project management across all phases of a transaction, providing hands-on guidance to the execution team from initial pitching to deal closure.

- Oversee critical elements such as financial modeling, marketing materials, due diligence, structuring, negotiations, and documentation.
