Job Title: Vice President - LG Business

Role Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished and strategic leader for the role of Vice President - LG Business, responsible for driving business growth through new account acquisition, business planning, lead generation, and the effective management of Direct Sales Agents (DSAs). The role demands a strong understanding of sales strategy, market dynamics, and compliance protocols to deliver sustainable revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation:
- Lead the end-to-end strategy for new account acquisition, sales planning, and revenue generation.
- Develop and execute business plans for achieving short-term and long-term sales goals.
- Drive lead generation through DSAs, digital channels, and strategic partnerships.
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of 16-17 members, including DSAs and central sales personnel.
- Set clear goals, KPIs, and ensure continuous performance evaluation and capability development.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and motivation within the team.
Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Oversee the customer lifecycle from acquisition to onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
- Ensure customer-centric approach to build long-term value and satisfaction.
Vendor & Channel Partner Management:
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to strengthen channel performance and service delivery.
- Ensure robust coordination with DSAs and third-party service providers to maintain business continuity.
Market Intelligence & Expansion:
- Analyze market trends, identify expansion opportunities, and monitor competitor activity.
- Recommend and implement strategies for entering new markets or verticals.
Compliance & SLA Governance:
- Ensure defect-free SLA adherence across the business function.
- Strictly comply with all internal controls, regulatory standards, and compliance policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 12-15 years of overall experience with 8-10 years in a leadership role within BFSI, Banking, NBFC, or Insurance sector.
- Proven expertise in sales leadership, team management, and business development.
- Strong analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Deep understanding of compliance frameworks, SLA management, and sales governance.
