Vice President - Investment Banking/Debt Fundraising

Role: Vice President Investment Banking (Debt).

Experience: 6-10 Years.

Location: Bangalore / Mumbai (work from office 3 days a week).

CTC: Fixed 40 LPA + Variable 30%

Key Responsibilities:

- Originate and execute debt financing transactions end-to-end.

- Manage investor relations with banks, NBFCs, and global lenders.

- Lead client pitches, structure transactions, and negotiate term sheets.

- Collaborate with legal, valuation, and due diligence partners through closure.

- Build and maintain strong sectoral and investor networks.

- Mentor and guide junior team members.

- Work on strategic advisory across impact-focused industries.

Ideal Candidate:

- MBA (Finance or Economics), CA, or CFA preferred.

- 6-10 years of experience in investment banking, PE advisory, or M&A.

- Strong exposure to debt products and capital raising (30 - 500 Crores)

- Deep understanding of financial modelling and valuation techniques.

- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in the impact investing or social finance ecosystem is desirable.

- Willingness to travel (up to 50%).
