Urgent Requirement for an Investment Banking Firm in Mumbai

Position: VP - Investment Banking M&A

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 8+ Years (post qualification)

Timings: 9 am - 6pm

Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

- Support the deal advisory and consulting business by bringing in new opportunities and mandates that drive the overall growth and success.

- End to end deal execution with quality client deliverables by having strong attention to detail and deal closing ability.

- Proven ability to lead and manage teams and maintain strong motivation levels which drive results and deliver high level performance.

- Lead the negotiations with Counter party for Valuation, Deal terms, and entire deal documentation partnering with external lawyers, Bankers, etc

- Build and maintain a strong deal pipeline.

- Strong networking capabilities and existing relationships with Corporates, financial institutions, and the private equity ecosystem.

Qualifications:

- CA/ MBA with 8+ years of exp

- Minimum 8 years of experience at an investment bank/private equity firm with solid experience across a range of transaction types & sectors

- MBA from top reputed B-school's / CA

- Experience in end-to-end deal / transaction closure is a must, including cross border transactions.

Candidate Characteristics:

- Proven exceptional track record of sourcing deals and building business from ground up.

- In-depth understanding of deal structuring, valuation, financial models and deal closing principles.

- Solid understanding of market dynamics and networking capabilities.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to successfully lead and execute engagements.

- Demonstrated leadership skills and a high degree of maturity.

- Proven ability to build, lead and motivate teams in a result-oriented environment.
