Key Responsibilities: Technology Strategy & Leadership: - Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with business goals. - Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and business innovation. - Oversee the enterprise application portfolio, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security. - Define and implement best practices for IT governance, architecture, and system integration. - Enterprise Application & IT Infrastructure Management - Oversee the entire application lifecycle, including development, deployment, maintenance, and retirement. - Ensure IT applications comply with security, regulatory, and compliance standards. - Optimize IT investments by enhancing system performance and efficiency. - Manage cloud and on-premise infrastructure to support business operations. Stakeholder & Vendor Management: - Collaborate with C-level executives, business leaders, and key stakeholders to align IT initiatives with organizational needs. - Lead strategic partnerships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure seamless IT operations. - Communicate IT project status, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and board members. Project & Program Management: - Oversee enterprise IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. - Implement Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies for project execution. - Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT implementations and integrations. Innovation & Emerging Technologies: - Stay ahead of technological advancements, driving adoption of new solutions that enhance business operations. - Evaluate and implement AI, automation, cloud computing, and cybersecurity strategies. - Develop a technology roadmap for sustained digital transformation and IT modernization. Security, Compliance & Risk Management: - Establish and enforce IT security policies, protocols, and regulatory compliance measures. - Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure system integrity and data security. - Develop business continuity and disaster recovery plans for IT systems. Financial & Budget Management: - Oversee IT budgeting, cost control, and financial planning for technology investments. - Ensure cost-effective solutions and manage IT vendor contracts. - Monitor and report on IT financial performance and ROI of technology initiatives. Skills & Qualifications: - 15+ years of experience in IT leadership, enterprise applications, and digital transformation. - Proven expertise in IT strategy, system architecture, cloud computing, and cybersecurity. - Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, data analytics, and emerging technologies. - Experience leading large-scale IT projects and cross-functional teams. - Strong background in Agile, DevOps, and IT governance frameworks. - Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
