The Vice President - HR is responsible for leading and integrating the human capital strategy to support the achievement of organization's goals. This role will oversee all HR initiatives including talent management, employee engagement, labour relations and compliance.
This role will manage Manufacturing, Corporate and R&D and will report into the CEO
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Change Management: Champion the Performance Culture of Accountability & Collaboration by effectively leading, managing and executing initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation and employee buy-in.
- Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention efforts within the Plants including recruitment strategies, training and development programs, and succession planning.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with department heads, senior managers, and employees to ensure that HR function supports organization's overall goals and strategies.
- Policy Development: Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Industrial Relations: Develop and maintain harmonious industrial relations to ensure a stable and productive workforce.
- Data Analysis: Use data and analytics to make data-driven decisions and to provide insights and recommendations to the organization regarding HR-related matters.
Qualifications:
- MBA in HR / master's degree in HR &IR with Experience of HR Leadership in manufacturing organization
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills to effectively drive results.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align HR initiatives with the organization's strategic goals.
- Change Management: Experience in managing and leading change initiatives within the HR context.
- Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills to address complex HR challenges.
