Role : Vice President - HR

Location : Delhi

Role Summary :

This is a Key Management Position and reports into the CHRO India Corporate Office.

The person will provide strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team by developing and executing human resource practices and strategy in support of the overall business plan and direction of the organization.

Key Deliverables :

- Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company's mission and strategic vision in the areas of:

Resourcing Management: Strategy to ensure that Organisation obtains and retains the people it needs and employ them efficiently. The objective of resourcing strategy is to find the most suitable workforce with appropriate qualities, functional knowledge and competencies

- Talent Acquisition for India, Asia and South-East Asia for all open positions

- Within budget, Turn Around Time (45-60 days) as defined for individual closure needs

- Quality of recruitment assessed through on-boarding survey of departures and retention

operations Management: Fair and firm Employee Life Cycle Management, efficient and proactive towards people services, best in cross-industry People, Policies and Practices. This function acts as EWS, Ears & Eyes of the Organisation, management of employee data, MIS, Grievance and Conflict resolution

- Employee value proposition through Compensation and Benefits study

- Policies and Processes as per best practices

- Resolution of Grievances with zero escalation

Compliance Management: HR compliance process of aligning workplace policies with city's, State's, and Country's Labour Laws in sync with industry-specific regulations and tasked with making sure hiring practices, workplace rules, treatment of employees and a variety of other factors all comply with relevant laws. This also includes ISO, OSHAS audits , Zero Tolerance

Performance Management: Managing performance of the employees is the most critical function of HR. This is an ongoing process of identifying, measuring and developing the performance of employees impacting the business goals of the Organisation

- Issuance of KRA/KPI within 30 days of joining

- Adherence to prescribed performance appraisal cycles of all eligible employees

- Number of feedback sessions

- Career path management and employee branding

- Management of KPIs of KMPs and feedback process efficiency

Learning and Development Management: The quality of performance is enhanced through continuous Learning and Training on functional skills, competency, and leadership development

- Quarterly Training need assessment

- Annual Training and Development Plan and Budget

- Execution and impact analysis within timeline and budget

Organization Design Management: Aligning the structure of the Organisation with its long-term objectives, with aim of improving efficiency and effectiveness through planned, comprehensive and systematic process. This has a strong emphasis on organizational behaviour, human resource development and organizational change.

- Employee Engagement and Satisfaction surveys, periodic with scores improving annually

- Identification of Critical positions and implementing Succession Planning initiative, reviews, and mapping for organizational continuity, change management and scaling up, within timelines

- Rewards and Recognitions Program implementation, quarterly

- Automation and digitalization of all HR processes in coming 12 months

- Overall HR Budgeting for OD interventions with quarterly reviews

Educational Qualification / Work Experience & Skills :

- PG / MBA with 15 to 20 years of experience & expertise and thorough functional knowledge in HR domain

- Experience in working with MNCs and exposure to APAC will be added benefit

- Experience DD of HR aspects in Mergers and Acquisitions will be an advantage

- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations

- Process Orientation and Automation having used or implemented software packages

- Networking skill and relationship with professional bodies, Consultancy organizations and marketplace within the HR domain

- Diligent and firm with high ethical standards

- HR Professional with high Proficiency in Competencies

- Decision making, Collaborative Leadership and Communication

- Analytical Skills and Digital Literacy
