Vice President - Human Resources (VP of HR)

Reports to: CEO Location: NCR

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Vice President - Human Resources to build and scale our people function. This role will be responsible for establishing HR operations in our clietnt's new Noida office while managing people, processes, and culture across India and Australia. The VP of HR will drive people strategy, workforce planning, compliance, and employee engagement to support rapid business growth.

The role partners closely with Leadership, Finance, and Operations to ensure HR execution aligns with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute the HR strategy to support organisational growth and business goals.

- Set up and run operations for the new Noida office, including HR processes, staffing, and compliance.

- Drive performance management and reviews, ensuring a culture of accountability and development.

- Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, policies, employee relations, and compliance.

- Manage HR systems (Keka), ensuring accurate employee data, performance cycles, and analytics.

- Partner with Finance to run payroll and compensation management accurately and on time.

- Lead HR activities across 4+ office locations, ensuring consistency and cultural alignment.

- Build talent pipelines, workforce planning, and succession planning for critical roles.

- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers on people and performance matters.

- Foster employee engagement, workplace culture, and continuous improvement in HR practices

Core Competencies:

- Strategic HR Leadership: Ability to design and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals.

- Performance Culture: Strong experience in building performance-driven environments with structured review processes.

- Operational Excellence: Proven capability in running HR operations, payroll, and compliance.

- Tech-Savvy HR: Hands-on knowledge of Keka or similar HRMS.

- Multi-Location Management: Experience managing HR activities across multiple offices.

- Execution Focus: Ability to set up new offices and operationalise HR frameworks quickly.

- Collaboration: Strong ability to partner with Finance, Operations, and Leadership teams.

Success Measures:

- Successful setup and smooth running of the Noida office.

- Performance review frameworks implemented with measurable outcomes.

- Accurate and timely payroll with zero compliance issues.

- High employee engagement scores and reduced attrition.

- Standardised HR processes across all office locations.

- Strong leadership pipeline and talent retention.
