Lead enterprise-wide Learning & Development (L&D), HR Analytics, and Strategic HR Projects, enabling business growth through capability building, data-driven insights, and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning & Development:
- Design and drive the L&D strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Build leadership development programs and functional capability frameworks.
- Ensure adoption of digital learning platforms and measure ROI on interventions.
HR Analytics:
- Develop and implement HR dashboards, metrics, and predictive analytics.
- Provide data-driven insights to enable strategic workforce decisions.
- Partner with business leaders to improve productivity and talent outcomes through analytics.
HR Projects:
- Lead organization-wide HR transformation and digitalization initiatives.
- Drive change management, organizational effectiveness, and OD interventions.
- Deliver key strategic projects with measurable impact on talent and culture.
