
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR leader to head Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Learning & Development functions for our organization. This is a strategic leadership role that will play a critical part in shaping the companys people agenda and enabling business growth through robust talent practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition
- Own end-to-end recruitment for leadership, technical, and frontline roles across manufacturing and corporate functions.
- Build talent pipelines for critical roles through strong employer branding, campus engagement, and external partnerships.
- Leverage technology, data, and analytics to improve recruitment efficiency and quality of hire.
2. Talent Management
- Design and implement talent identification and succession planning frameworks across the organization.
- Develop and manage competency frameworks, talent reviews, and career paths to build a high-performing workforce.
- Partner with business and functional heads to drive employee engagement, retention, and capability development.
3. Learning & Development
- Define the learning strategy aligned with business needs and future skills.
- Build and implement leadership development programs, technical training academies, and behavioral learning journeys.
- Monitor training effectiveness and ensure ROI through structured feedback and impact assessments.
Key Requirements:
- 12 - 18 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to TA, TM, and L&D.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup is mandatory.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale HR initiatives and manage teams across locations.
- Strong business orientation, stakeholder management skills, and hands-on problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
