Job Summary
- Supervise the payroll team and oversee the payroll function with a focus on process improvement, accuracy, and
compliance
- Strategize, oversee and recommend on payroll and performance evaluation systems, to bench mark us against competition and become an employer of choice
- Responsible for the input, implementation, and identification of problem areas for all HR transactions and service delivery processes and recommends solutions
- Ensures that all Company related administrative forms, reports, processes, and audits are completed accurately, timely and in compliance with relevant local, state, federal and provincial regulations for Benefits, HR Recordkeeping and audits and compliance
- Partner with functional HR teams to drive HR operational excellence, adopt data driven decision making and implement best practices
- Deep dive into the internal HR audit findings and advise the team on strengthening the policies
