Vice President - HR Business Partner
Requirements:
Foundational Skills:
- 19+ total years of HR experience that includes 10 years as HR generalist supporting Global Market Operations, Deep Domain Operations - Investment Banking
- HR Business Partner experience for Operations in Banking/Captives strongly preferred.
- Extensive experience in client management around complex strategic HR issues such as talent management, org design/development, change management, compensation and employee relations.
- Excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to develop strong interpersonal alliances at all levels.
- Bachelor's Degree in HR Management from a premier business school
Desired Skills:
- Deep technical HR competence with the ability to influence using a balance of Ops HR expertise, business acumen and relationship skills.
- Able to achieve results quickly in a fast-paced organization; thrives in a high intensity environment with multiple and competing priorities.
