Vice President/Head - Projects - Real Estate

Designation : Vice President/Head Projects - Multiple Real Estate Projects

Qualification : B.Tech / BE - Civil with preferred Post Graduation in Project Management from a reputed Institute

CTC : CTC will not be a constraint for right candidate.

Experience :

- Should have min 22+ years of Project management/Construction exp is must for for large residential projects/ Mass housing/ Township projects.

- Should have stable career with contributions at each of the places from Real Estate and Contracting sectors.

Job Profile :

- Head Construction activities of multiple projects across India.

- To be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals,

- In charge of all construction activities for large residential project / township.

- To strategize, plan and execute the projects right from conceptualization to final handover.

- Ensure high profitability is achieved in the projects.

- Implementation of International best practices to uphold / improve standards w.r.t. quality of construction, safety and compliances to regulations.

- Play and active role in Design Coordination, award of Contracts and Contract Management.
