Institutional Derivatives Operations:

- Lead and supervise the Institutional Derivatives Operations team

- Ensuring timely processing and settlement of all the transactions with the exchanges, banks and clients for Exchange traded Equity Derivatives and Currency Derivatives

- Manage the Give-up process and monitor various Risk limits prescribed by the Regulators

- Treasury management and collateral placement - Fixed Deposit, G Sec, Liquid Mutual Funds, Equity Securities

- Spearheaded critical project of developing a web-based utility for clients to view online real time positions & margins and trade confirmations. This involved meeting with the clients & other stakeholders and working on their feedback to develop a comprehensive solution for clients.

Institutional Equities and Primary Market Operations:

- Effective supervision of Cash Equities and SLB processes and ensuring that controls are in place

- Handling primary markets operations for IPOs, FPOs and QIPs

- Efficiently handled large ticket block transactions by ensuring smooth margin movements and other operational requirements

- Manage various large ticket Offer for Sale (OFS) deals

Client Servicing:

- Lead implementation manager for large institutional client onboardings and handholding the new FPIs to familiarize them with Indian Exchange traded derivatives products. This involves extensive Client interaction right from onboarding documentation process, explaining the regulations, explaining the clearing & funding process flows, understanding their requirements, preparing customized report sets per their needs till final implementation

- Representing the organization on calls / meetings with clients

- Handled KYC of Institutional as well as non-institutional clients to onboard them on Markets platform

Others

- Managing various internal / external Audits, Regulatory Inspections

- Maintain strong connect in the industry as well as with Stock Exchanges, Clearing Corporations and various Banks

- Active participation and representation in various industry forums. Driving various agenda items in the larger interest of the institutional broking firms
