We are seeking a dynamic HR leader to head the Human Resources function for a large-scale partnership channel comprising over 5000 employees. This role demands strategic vision, people leadership, and the ability to drive a high-performance culture across diverse distribution networks.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership: Align people strategy with business goals; represent HR in leadership forums.
Talent Management: Drive talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
Organization Design: Optimize structure for productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Performance & Rewards: Lead performance management and compensation strategy.
Culture & Engagement: Champion organizational values, diversity, and employee engagement.
Employee Relations: Foster open communication and resolve grievances effectively.
HR Projects: Lead strategic HR initiatives and change management programs.
What You Bring
- 20+ years of HR experience, preferably in BFSI or large-scale retail/distribution environments.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive transformation.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Exposure to managing large teams and complex HR operations.
- MBA or equivalent in HR or related field.
