We're hiring a VP - Growth to lead customer acquisition, platform expansion, lifecycle engagement, and brand building. This role will drive the full growth engine across B2B and B2B2C verticals, scaling a platform serving stakeholders in solar, energy, and finance. You'll collaborate across product, marketing, tech, and partnerships to execute data-driven GTM strategies, optimize conversion funnels, and unlock scalable growth using both traditional and AI-powered methods.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute end-to-end growth strategy across digital and partner channels
- Scale platform adoption among solar EPCs, OEMs, developers, and utilities
- Design full-funnel campaigns (SEO, paid, lifecycle, referral, influencer)
- Leverage AI tools for automation, targeting, and content
- Develop customer segments, journeys, and lead nurturing models
- Lead growth experiments and optimize CAC, LTV, and conversion metrics
- Build inbound demand through content, community, and ecosystem partnerships
Experience & Qualification:
- 10-15 years in growth, marketing, or strategy roles (SaaS, fintech, cleantech preferred)
- Proven experience scaling B2B or B2B2C platforms
- Strong command over GTM execution, lifecycle growth, and performance marketing
- Hands-on with growth tools (HubSpot, Segment, Mixpanel, etc.) and AI automation
- Data-driven, experimental, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
