We're hiring a VP of Growth to lead all things related to customer acquisition, funnel optimization, brand growth, and lifecycle retention. You will be the growth co-pilot across business, marketing, and product, partnering closely with tech, sales, and ops to fuel scalable, cost-efficient expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Define and own the complete growth strategy from awareness to disbursement
- Drive performance across all channels - SEO, paid media, referrals, email, influencers, and offline
- Build and optimize full-funnel campaigns to reduce CAC and improve LTV
- Develop and personalize lifecycle journeys using customer data and behavioural triggers
- Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, LangChain) for content automation, audience targeting, and performance optimization
- Lead lead-scoring models, segmentation, and funnel behavior analytics
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams for growth experiments and GTM automation
- Strengthen inbound demand through brand marketing, PR, social, and community engagement
- Own analytics, A/B testing, funnel metrics, and weekly OKRs for all growth initiatives
Qualifications & Experience:
- 8-12 years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or user acquisition (preferably in fintech, edtech, lending, or SaaS)
- Proven track record in scaling acquisition and optimizing CAC-to-LTV metrics
- Deep understanding of customer behavior, growth analytics, and automation workflows
- Hands-on with AI tools and curious to push boundaries in tech-enabled growth
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Preferred experience with tools such as Segment, Mixpanel, HubSpot, Webflow, Retool, LangChain
- Exposure to product-led growth (PLG) and international education finance is preferred
