Vice President - Franchise Development
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Get as many franchises signed up on the K-12 & Preschool verticals.
- Identify, engage with, and onboard potential franchise partners.
- Diligently evaluate partners in line with brand standards and requirements.
- Drive existing schools' transformation initiatives via converting them.
- Own the P&L responsibility with respect to the franchise sales & school transformation projects.
- Determine pricing models and revenue structures for new business acquisitions.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer insights to drive business growth.
- Build and mentor a high-performance sales team to achieve business goals.
- Build and keep strong relationships with investors, school owners, and education consultants.
- Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and franchise expos.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:- MBA with a major in sales and marketing or business management.
- Proven experience in education sales, their extension as franchised operations, or school operations.
- Knowledge of the K-12 and preschool education market in India.
