Vice President - CA Qualified - Financial Controls - 20+ Years - Mumbai

An exciting role for professionals having more than 20 years of experience post CA Qualification in Financial Controls, 1st Line of Defence, 2nd Line of Defence, RCMs, Internal Audit, Risk, Operational Risk Control, RCSA, Sox & Compliance, Financial Operational Risk, Internal Controls.

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

1. Leading and managing the financial operational risk function

2. Developing and implementing risk management frameworks

3. Driving operational risk assessments and monitor risk indicators

4. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for compliance initiatives

5. Reviewing and enhancing internal controls and processes

6. Leading, Co-ordinating, checking and challenge the process through reviews and half yearly KCA testing, tracking & Investigation of Notifiable Events, KRI submissions.

7. Performing process reviews and prepares Risk and Controls matrix's and supporting any audit assignments

Requirements:

1. Working experience of 20+ years in Operational Risk Control for Financial Services Industry

2. Qualified Chartered Accountant

3. Ability to design controls to mitigate the open risk

4. Experience in Line 1b line in Financial Services Operations
