Vice President - Employee Relations
- 15+ years of experience in POSH, employee relations, Complex investigations, ER consultant, Mis-conduct, whistleblowing, regulatory, labour, statutory compliance, litigation, grievance, business change, redressal, restructuring and redundancies
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse HR / Business stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and consistent application of ER programs, policies and procedures.
- Significant experience in handling complex Employee Relations matters (disciplinaries, grievances, capability cases) within dedicated ER role
- High business acumen and ability to understand changing business trends
- Solid knowledge of labour & employment legislations & application to the business context
- A clear and concise communication style with strong interpersonal and skills
- Strong investigation and report writing skills
- Well-developed organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Flexible and able to multi-task and re-prioritise
- Ability to work with and constructively influence multiple stakeholders
- Experience of working in successfully navigate a complex organizational structure.
- Lead/manage ER projects/initiatives.
- Support development and implementation of selected Business Change related projects as required, leading as required.
- Provide strategic advisory to business/business facing HR team(s) on a wide variety of labour and employment matters including key transformation / change initiatives utilizing appropriate approach/methodology to identify associated risks with actions/decisions
- Design and implement HR / ER policies in compliance with local labour laws, regulations and Group guidelines.
- Coach and develop HR colleagues and people managers on the effective resolution of ER matters. May include providing formal training and periodic technical updates to client/stakeholder groups.
- Ensure appropriate consolidation, quality audit and reporting on all ER aspects
