Requirements:

Experience: 6-12 years of front-end IB experience

Sector - Healthcare (hospitals/diagnostics/Lifesciences), Pharma (open to work on healthcare deals) MANDATORY

Location: Mumbai / Bangalore/Chennai

- Talent pool: M&A Investment Banking Experience, Corporate Development candidates working in Healthcare companies

- Qualifications - CA/MBA

Deal Execution:

- Manage and lead on day-to-day execution and management of M&A and fund raise transactions, including preparing high-quality collaterals such as Information Memorandum, financial model, presentations, term sheets etc. (MANDATORY)

- Coordinating and managing the due diligence process in a transaction

- Review & finalize sector- and industry-specific presentations and marketing pitchbooks for client meetings

Industry Research:

- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and help maintain a database of key transactions, sector multiples, and profiles

- Keep abreast of new developments in the profession, the business, the industry and the regulatory environment

Relationship Management:

- Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients (both new & existing) & understanding their needs and objectives

- Build a strong network with peers and professionals in the field and contribute to the identification & pursuit of business development initiatives

- Understand core offering in detail and ensure that the same is clearly communicated to clients during relevant interactions

- Manage relationships across both internal and external stakeholders

Risk Management:

- As a senior member of the team, you will need to evaluate economic and legal risks to the Firm arising out of engagements, and adhere to suitable risk management practices

- Full compliance to the firm's policies on risk management and independence

Team Leadership:

- Supervising and mentoring junior team members on a day-to-day basis

- Delegating tasks and guiding ongoing pitches and mandates

Technical Skills Required:

- MBA with specialization in Finance from a reputed institute and/or a CA

Experience / skills required:

- The candidate must have strong understanding of Corporate Finance and Valuation/Pricing principles and have experience of developing and interpreting detailed financial models from scratch in a time bound manner

- Strong understanding of the Healthcare/Pharma sector and the recent trends

- High level of strategic and creative thinking and an ability to come up with solutions

- Have strong interpersonal skills, team skills, communication skills - both verbal and written

- The candidate should have high level of comfort with MS excel spreadsheets, Word and Power point
