Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and optimize high-volume last-mile logistics and e-commerce operations.

- Build and manage large-scale workforce while ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

- Implement data-driven strategies for process optimization and operational scalability.

- Drive on-ground execution excellence, ensuring seamless logistics and timely deliveries.

- Leverage tech-driven workforce management solutions to improve productivity.

- Develop and execute strategies for workforce retention, engagement, and training.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

- 8-15 years in e-commerce, logistics, or last-mile delivery operations.

Expertise:

- Large-scale workforce management, process optimization, and execution excellence.

Tech Proficiency:

- Comfortable with AI-driven workforce automation tools for better efficiency.

Problem-Solving:

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
