VP Digital media for a leading agency.

Job Description:


- This role requires hands-on experience in managing paid digital channels, cross-functional communication skills and demonstrated project management experience.

- The ideal candidate must be strategic, able to develop innovative solutions, take initiative and have a well-rounded digital background.

- They must have extensive experience successfully running programs that exceed ROI targets, and are motivated by analytics and audience insights to drive engagement in key market segments.

- Develop and execute strategies to hit aggressive lead acquisition and revenue goals for our digital and offline channels, including SEM, paid social media, retargeting, and display advertising campaigns.

- Identify, test and scale new.

- Coordinate with stakeholders across the internal digital marketing team and external vendors to ensure campaigns and projects are properly executed, optimized, measured and reported.

- Using our vast data identify segments and build custom audiences to zero in on high performing targeting.

- Maintain a data-first approach to Test, Learn, and Optimize every part of the funnel.

- Perform in-depth analysis of campaign data to identify opportunities for optimization and to continuously improve conversion.

- Work with cross functional teams and 3rd parties as and when required to develop content for campaigns; and ensure all visuals and copy are concise, compelling and on-brand.

- Monitor and anticipate digital marketing trends and winning tactics.

- Creating a strategic framework to set and evaluate goals for every campaign.

- Curate insights from FB Business Manager, Google Analytics.

- Google Ads Manager on customer segmentation and journey.

- Validate optimization hypotheses through periodic A / B testing.

- Assist in drafting both creative and contextual communication for marketing activities for all social media handles , newsletters and SMS.

- Track and report on Performance KPIs across all acquisition channels to optimize ROI.

- Working knowledge of various ad formats (Google AdWords, Facebook ads, DoubleClick ads, Content marketing).

- Twitter & other ad platform experience.

- Experience of planning and buying across Paid Media channels.

- Understanding of feed management and optimisation.

- Hands-on experience on analytics and other tools - Omniture, HootSuite, Sprout Social, Hub Spot, SEM Rush, Moz, Mail Chimp, Marketo, Re-Targeter, ZenDesk, CJ Affiliate.

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of hands-on experience managing performance-based paid social, search, and display.

- Demonstrated success leading and managing multiple digital marketing channels including SEM, paid social, display, digital content strategy/development etc.

- Analytical and makes data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.

- Strong verbal and written communications skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.

- Creative thinking capabilities that include an interest to learn and adopt innovative marketing technologies and tactics.

- Any bachelor's/master's Degree + Google Certification/Other Institutes or online certifications for Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing.

- Experienced with Hubspot and integrated CRM campaigns.

- Certified in Google AdWords and Google Analytics.

- Facebook Business Manager.

- Facebook Blueprint exam.
