Job:
Lead the strategic expansion, performance optimization, and capability building of the dealer network to drive sales growth, brand consistency, and customer satisfaction across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute dealer network expansion plans in line with market potential
- Set performance benchmarks and monitor dealer KPIs (sales, service, CSI)
- Implement training programs for dealer staff on product, service, and brand standards
- Ensure compliance with OEM policies, branding, and customer experience protocols
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for launch readiness and showroom activation
- Drive digital enablement across dealer operations (CRM, DMS, lead management)
Qualifications & Skills
- MBA or equivalent in Sales/Marketing
- 12+ years in automotive sales or dealer management
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Experience with multi-region dealer networks and digital platforms
