Job Title: Corporate Bank Data Services - Data Access Control Lead, VP

Location: Mumbai, India

Role Purpose:

Lead the design and implementation of automated data access controls for the Corporate Bank (CB) on Google Cloud Platform, ensuring risk management, regulatory compliance, and safe data utilization. This role drives the framework for data security, retention, and ownership culture within CB's agile Data Services Tribe.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish risk-based frameworks for data access controls (security, retention, disposal) aligned with business/residency requirements.

- Partner with Technology, Security, and Data teams to automate and strengthen controls.

- Champion data/records ownership culture through training and cross-functional collaboration.

- Manage access processes (e.g., Fine Grained Access solutions, DCRs) and prioritize improvements across CB tribes.

- Ensure controls enable compliant data use while protecting client/business interests.
