- We are looking for a Business Head for leading our Business.


- The incumbent will be responsible for leading business across all products for our high-value customers, who contribute more than 40% to our overall business. This is a mission-critical leadership role responsible for driving revenue, retention, and satisfaction for this key segment.

- The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-oriented business leader with a proven track record of managing and growing high-value customer segments.


- They should have a deep understanding of financial markets and a hunger to grow the business through strategic thinking, strong relationship-building skills, and a self-starter mindset.

- You will be mining through these tasks

Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of sales and business development professionals, cultivating a culture of excellence and growth.

Revenue & Business Growth:

- Own the revenue targets for the institutional business segments.

- Drive new and repeat revenue from high-value customers across products

- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share in these segments

Strategic Partnerships & Relationship Management:

- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with high-value clients and key partners.

- Act as a key liaison between high-value customers and internal teams, including Product, Operations, and Legal, to ensure their needs are met.

- Drive NPS (Net Promoter Score) to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Business Development & Sales Leadership:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on high-value client acquisition.

- Leverage a deep understanding of financial markets and trading behaviors to create innovative solutions and secure major deals.

- Lead all business development efforts and sales cycles for the Institutional businesses.

Requirements:


- 15+ years of experience in a sales, business development, or leadership role preferably within financial services.

- A strong grasp of financial markets is essential, and knowledge of virtual digital assets is a big plus.

- Proven track record of growing revenue and managing high-value client relationships.

- A strategic, hands-on sales and business development professional with exceptional relationship-building skills.

- A self-starter with a bias for action and a relentless hunger for business growth.

- Experience leading and developing high-performing sales or business development teams.

- You act like an owner, constantly striving for excellence, impact, and tangible results in everything you do.
