- Meet and exceed financial and strategic targets
Qualifications:
- 715 years of experience in trade finance, depending on role level
- Proven expertise in structured trade finance and high-value deal execution
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in additional languages is a plus
- A global mindset with regional expertise
