Vice President - Business Architect Process Re-Engineering - Banking

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize banking operations using data-led insights.

- Lead and contribute to projects aimed at improving performance, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.

- Create and present reports and presentations on performance optimization to senior internal stakeholders.

- Identify industry trends and collaborate with stakeholders to recommend and implement changes to enhance operational processes.

- Develop analytics and reporting frameworks to identify risks and maintain operational efficiency.

- Utilize data and management information to drive capacity creation in operations.

Vice President Leadership Expectations:

- Define and influence strategic direction, including planning of resources, budgets, and policies.
