We are seeking an ambitious, dynamic, and results-driven Sales Professional to join our high-performing team. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the successful closing of high-value transactions. The role requires someone with a strong sales background and the ability to understand the complexities of the luxury market.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Negotiate and close high-value deals with clients.
Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and market developments.
- Analyze competitive landscape and develop pricing strategies to optimize profitability and market share.
- Provide insights to senior management regarding market trends and opportunities.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
- Regularly track, report, and analyze sales performance to identify improvement areas.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans in alignment with business objectives.
- Review and adjust sales strategies as needed to meet targets.
Client Acquisition & Networking:
- Attend industry events and networking functions to expand the client base.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, such as brokers, developers, and designers.
- Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors to drive business growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within real estate, hospitality, or high-value transactions (5-10 years preferred).
- Strong track record of successfully closing high-value deals.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in client relationships.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
