Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Furniture Sales person to drive sales growth and manage client relationships in the Goa market.

The role requires a strong background in premium furniture or luxury retail sales, with expertise in handling high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).

The incumbent will be responsible for achieving sales targets (70% focus) while ensuring excellent customer relationship management (30% focus).

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNI clients and homeowners.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their requirements and offering tailored solutions.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring repeat and referral business.

- Identify new opportunities and expand the client base.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.

- Ensure adherence to brand standards and deliver a superior customer experience.

Requirements:

- 7-8 years of proven sales experience in luxury furniture, interiors, or premium lifestyle products.

- Demonstrated success in handling HNI clientele and driving high-value transactions.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently with a results-oriented approach.

- Must be from Goa.
