Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic HR leader to drive transformation, enhance employee experience, and build a future-ready HR function. The role will focus on Change Management, Digital Transformation, Employee Relations, and Learning & Development. The incumbent will also lead the implementation of Zoho.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead change management initiatives to drive cultural and organizational transformation.
- Oversee end-to-end implementation of Zoho
- Manage grievance redressal mechanisms and ensure compliance with policies and labor laws.
- Design and execute the L&D strategy, including capability building and blended learning programs.
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA/PGDM in HR
- Strong experience with HRMS/ATS platforms (Zoho preferred).
- Proven track record in change management, digital transformation, and L&D.
- Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
