
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent across various functions.
- Drive employer branding activities to enhance the companys presence in the talent market.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Maintain and improve recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Stay updated with current recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve talent acquisition efforts.
- Coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders to support hiring needs in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to non-IT recruitment.
- Strong hiring and recruiting skills with proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of recruitment practices, market trends, and talent sourcing techniques.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in a startup or dynamic environment is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams.
