Key Responsibilities:

- Own CRM campaigns across the customer lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, upsell, win-back, and loyalty.

- Manage customer segmentation and automated journeys using tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, or Braze.

- Optimize retention metrics: churn, repeat purchase, LTV, and engagement.

- Run A/B tests and analyze performance across cohorts.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, tech, and creative teams.

Requirements:

- 1-6 years in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing (preferably B2C/D2C).

- Hands-on with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.

- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with user data and funnel metrics.

- Excellent communication skills and a bias for experimentation
