- Ensure alignment with business objectives and maintain consistent delivery standards.
- Participate in governance forums to provide oversight and intervention when necessary.
- Monitor programme and portfolio performance, collaborating with senior stakeholders.
- Escalate concerns related to performance, process adherence, or risks to Sector Heads.
- Track and report financial health, ensuring alignment with budget expectations.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Generate reports on risk management, resource utilization, and financial performance.
- Lead strategic initiatives to improve governance and operational delivery.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Experience in IT consulting, with hands-on programme delivery expertise.
- Strong knowledge of waterfall, hybrid, and agile methodologies.
- Proven experience in programme and portfolio assurance, governance, and risk management.
- Familiarity with Enterprise PMO functions and governance frameworks.
- Proficiency in tools like Kantata, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, and Power BI.
- Certifications such as PgMP, PfMP, PRINCE2, or PMP are beneficial.
