Responsibilities:
- Paid Ads Management: Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. to achieve targeted goals, including lead generation, conversion, and ROI.
- Campaign Execution: Coordinate and implement digital marketing campaigns from idealization to execution, ensuring they align with the overall marketing objectives and deliver measurable results.
- Creative Content Development: Collaborate with the design team to create engaging and visually appealing marketing creatives, including ad banners, social media graphics, and promotional materials.
- Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms, create compelling social media content, and interact with the audience to build brand loyalty and drive engagement.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse key performance metrics for all digital marketing activities, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Content Marketing: Assist in developing content marketing strategies, including blog posts, infographics, videos, etc. to drive inbound traffic and support SEO efforts.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing advancements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, sales team, and external agencies to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
- Minimum of 2 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid ads, campaigns, creatives, SEO, and social media marketing.
- Proficiency in managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant channels.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging marketing content and visuals.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and social media management.
- Data-driven approach to analyse marketing performance and make data-backed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics tools (e., Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field is preferred
