We're on the lookout for a skilled Human Resources Manager to manage HR programs across the company - everything from onboarding to performance management and compensation. The role will involve working, side-by-side, with our employees to foster a positive environment and make sure the company's mission and goals are effectively implemented.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Looking for 4-7 years; Should have experience in entire gamut of HR activities for organizing joining, induction, documentation and onboarding formalities of the recruits.
- Supervise and initiating the Separation (Resignation/ Absconding/ Termination), Exit interviews and coordinating for the Full and final settlements.
- Taking care of the HRMS software and ensuring that complete details of 100 PERCENT of employees have been uploaded and updated in the software.
- Maintaining monthly attendance of corporate staff.
- Sound knowledge of Excel, HRMS and other software for efficient work management.
- Coordinating for employee verification through third party & other relevant verifications.
- Coordinating for keeping a complete record of employees along with their files for all the corporate staff.
- Coordinating for corporate events, meetings & festival celebrations etc.
- HR Policies, Documentation & Implementation, Talent management, Learning & development activities, Employee engagement initiatives, Leadership development activities, Payroll Management, Salary administration, Employee grievance management
- Maintenance of compliance Medical & healthcare management
Eligibility :
- MBA/PGDM(XLRI) in HR /Admin Relevant experience of min 4 Years from Startup or Fintech or Product base companies
Required Candidate Profile :
- Good spoken and written communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of working on software like HRM, Excel, payroll
- Preferred working experience in the software industry will be an added advantage
