Overview:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant/Project Management Officer (PMO) to support the executive leadership of the India Delivery Center.
- This role is key to ensuring the efficient operation of the office, enabling the Managing Director to focus on strategic initiatives and high-level management tasks.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance and project management, and will be capable of handling sensitive information while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to provide insights and recommendations to the Managing Director.
- Track and monitor strategic initiatives, ensuring that project milestones are met and deliverables are on schedule.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and collaboration on key projects.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
- MBA in Finance or Marketing from a Premier B-School.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment or consulting firm.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Background:
- The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in executive support or project management, with a deep understanding of financial principles and strategic planning.
