Qualifications:

- 15+ years of experience in Architecture, BIM and Construction Design Sales experience.

- Working knowledge in AEC Industry.

- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual revenue objectives.

- Manage the progress of sales opportunities throughout the sales process, including pipeline development, management, and forecasting.

Role:

- This role will have to coordinate with Technical Project Managers.

- This role will have to manage a team of BD/Sales executives.

- Responsible for overall performance of sales/BD team pertaining to AEC industry.

- Responsible for the entire Sales/BD lifecycle.

- Coordinate with Marketing team to gain new business opportunities.

- Win CAD and BIM projects: Calculations, Design & Analysis, Modeling and Detailing, Construction Documentation & Material take-off.
