PMO in banking domain
1. Integrated Planning & Coordination: Drive project planning across multiple workstreams, consolidate project plans to create and maintain a cohesive, organization-wide delivery roadmap
2. Interdependency & Risk Management: Identify and track key interdependencies across workstreams, proactively highlighting risks, bottlenecks, and conflicts to enable timely mitigation.
3. Governance & Reporting: Develop and manage structured governance routines, producing clear, concise weekly reports and dashboards for leadership and key stakeholders.
4. PMO Operations: Establish and maintain PMO best practices, tools, templates, and processes to support consistent project tracking and execution.
5. Issue Escalation & Resolution: Monitor project progress, escalate critical issues promptly, and facilitate resolution through structured communication and coordination.
6. Immediate joiners preferred
7. Experience as PMO with banking domain preferred.
