Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Consultant with a strong background in upstream bauxite ore and alumina refinery operations. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of hands-on industry experience and a forward-thinking approach to digital and analytics in operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert guidance on operations related to bauxite mining and alumina refining processes.

- Analyze current operational workflows and identify areas for digital transformation and process optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven improvements in upstream operations.

- Support stakeholders in aligning operational goals with business objectives.

- Ensure best practices in safety, sustainability, and efficiency are maintained across operations.

Requirements:

- 4-10 years of relevant experience in bauxite ore extraction and alumina refinery operations (Upstream).

- Strong understanding of operational processes, equipment, and industry standards within the alumina value chain.

- Proven knowledge of digital tools and analytics applied to operational efficiency and process improvements.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver solutions under tight timelines.

- Immediate availability for onboarding is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field.

- Previous experience working with major alumina/bauxite producers or consulting firms in the sector.
