- Shape narratives, safeguard brand integrity and build visibility across media, investors, partners and the public.

- Ideal for a storyteller who balances emotion with impact and social purpose with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage internal communications (CEO town halls, milestone announcements, etc.

- Monitor industry trends, manage reputation and respond to PR opportunities or crises.

- Drive storytelling for social-impact programmes and customer journeys.

- Execute media strategies positioning Vastu as an affordable-housing thought leader.

- Draft press releases, founder quotes, investor comms and speeches.

- Liaise with PR agencies/journalists for Tier-1 and vernacular coverage.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 1 - 2 years in corporate communications or PR (BFSI/development finance preferred).

- Exceptional writing/editing skills; adaptable tone.

- Solid media network across financial, business and social-impact beats
