Varthana Finance - Branch Manager

Role Overview:

- We are looking for individuals with 5-7 years of experience in LAP / Mortgage / SME loans, with a proven track record in team management.

- The role involves managing secured school loans and cross-selling educational products (unsecured).

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Management: Achieving disbursement targets in numbers, volumes & productivity.

- Profitability Management: Maintaining & optimizing profitability for the branch through managing costs and building a superior quality portfolio.

- Delinquency Management: Ensuring zero delinquencies for the branch by timely and effective collections.

Candidate Requirements:

- 5-7 years of relevant experience in LAP, mortgage, or SME lending.

- Demonstrated experience in team management and branch operations.

- Strong understanding of credit, collections, and risk assessment processes.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills

- Notice Period: Candidates with a notice period of 30 days or less preferred.
