About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and solutions.
You will work closely with internal teams to align our offerings with market needs, pitch to decision-makers, and manage the full business development lifecycle from lead generation to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at target accounts.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions from our suite of products/services.
- Lead end-to-end sales cyclesfrom prospecting and proposal creation to negotiation and closing deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and update progress regularly in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and operations teams to create compelling proposals and demos.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and client meetings to generate leads and represent the brand.
- Provide feedback from the field to improve product offerings and sales strategy.
