Job Title: Program Manager
About the job:
- Own and drive programs end-to-end, ensuring timely execution and high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate seamlessly with both technical and non-technical teams, acting as a bridge between diverse stakeholders.
- Independently manage projects with minimal oversight, demonstrating a strong ability to self-start and take initiative.
- Track project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure clear communication across all levels.
- Develop and execute operational strategies to streamline workflows and enhance team efficiency.
- Assist in setting up key processes and continuously improve project management methodologies.
- Proactively solve problems, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous process improvement.
Qualifications:
Educational Qualification:
- MBA is a plus, but not mandatory.
Requirements:
- Highly self-motivated and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across multiple teams, including both tech and non-tech teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
