-We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operation Manager to oversee and optimize our loan processing operations.

- The ideal candidate will lead a team, ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, and maintain high-quality service standards, all while enhancing operational efficiency.

- Experience in handling business loans will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of loan operation executives, fostering a high-performance, collaborative work environment.

- Loan Processing: Oversee the end-to-end loan process, including disbursements, reconciliations, and foreclosures.

- Business Loan Focus: Handle operations specific to business loans, including application reviews, document validation, and loan disbursement workflows.

- Compliance: Ensure that all loan operations adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

- Quality Assurance: Continuously monitor and improve loan documentation, processing, and error reduction.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, underwriting, and finance teams to ensure smooth loan processing and resolution of any operational issues.

- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed performance reports and operational metrics to senior management.

- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance loan processing speed and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/CA/CFA preferred).

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in loan operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role (experience in business loans preferred).

- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in loan management software and financial systems.

- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of RBI guidelines and other relevant financial regulations.

Skills:

- Excellent organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
