Vamsiram Builders - Principal Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Principal Architect with over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, specializing in high-rise residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will lead the architectural design process from concept to execution, ensuring functional, aesthetic, and regulatory compliance across all phases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the architectural design of large-scale high-rise residential and commercial projects.

- Collaborate with project stakeholders including developers, engineers, consultants, and internal teams.

- Ensure architectural plans meet all local building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards.

- Supervise and mentor junior architects and designers.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards from concept to completion.

- Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to ensure holistic and integrated designs.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).

- 20+ years of experience in architecture, particularly in real estate.

- Extensive experience in high-rise residential and commercial projects.

- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and approval processes.

Proficient in architectural tools such as:

- AutoCAD

- Revit

- SketchUp

- 3ds Max

- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)

- Excellent communication, team leadership, and project management skills.
