About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our multi-disciplinary marketing team and drive strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and optimizing marketing performance across digital and offline channels. This role requires a mix of strategic vision and hands-on execution, ensuring seamless collaboration across content, design, performance marketing, SEO, website management, and marketing automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals to drive brand growth and lead generation.
Team Management: Lead and mentor teams across content, design, SEO, paid media, website management, and marketing automation, fostering a high-performance work culture.
Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to maximize conversions and ROI.
SEO & Website Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to enhance organic traffic and oversee website improvements for a seamless user experience and higher conversion rates.
Brand Positioning & Content Strategy: Oversee content creation, distribution, and storytelling to strengthen brand authority and engagement across digital platforms.
Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing: Leverage marketing automation tools to enhance customer engagement, lead scoring, and nurture high-intent leads.
Offline Marketing Initiatives: Execute and integrate offline marketing strategies, including events, partnerships, and print campaigns, to support brand visibility.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze marketing performance metrics, generate insights, and continuously refine marketing strategies for improved results.
Budget Management: Own and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring resource allocation aligns with business objectives and delivers maximum ROI.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years in marketing roles, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership position.
Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in Fintech, E-commerce, Edtech, Q-commerce, B2B SaaS, D2C, or other digital-first industries preferred.
Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO, content marketing, and marketing automation.
Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to manage cross-functional teams, drive collaboration, and lead marketing initiatives effectively.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), CRM & automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
Communication & Creativity: Excellent storytelling, brand positioning, and project management skills with an eye for detail.
